Peer Accountability Groups
The overall goal of the Peer Accountability Groups is to provide a structured format for women to:
- Establish and accomplish goals
- Provide accountability
- Challenge and encourage each other
- Develop personal potential
Groups will have six to eight participants, plus a facilitator. They will be held twice a month for 60 - 90 minutes (TBD by each group). A three-month commitment is requested.
Topics covered will be dependent on the type of group.
Groups include:
- So You're Going Back to Work? For women who are entering or re-entering the workforce at a somewhat older age.
- You Want Me to Do WHAT?? For younger women who are preparing to enter, or who have just entered, the workforce or have been employed for less than two years.
- Been There. Done That. Now What? For women in mid-career who are not necessarily dissatisfied with where they are, but also aren't sure they want to stay there forever.
- What Have I Gotten Myself Into? For managers and executives.
- Now I've Done It! For business owners.
