DISC Sample
DISC is an important component in the selection process, and an excellent tool to use for personal development and team building. DISC's benefit is in helping you understand how a candidate will impact your team dynamics and how s/he will approach job tasks. Because it does not help you identify which candidates have the greatest likelihood of success it is not recommended to use alone in hiring.
